New e-lottery Member Support Office Hours

As of Saturday, 5 July 2008, the e-lottery Member Support office will be manned from 9am-5pm UK time (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday.

The office will be closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Outside of these hours, please feel free to email admin@vwdmail.com and we will respond within 4 working days.
