The volcano in Iceland is (as you know), having a dramatic effect on air travel for Europe. However, it’s not just people that travel by air… there’s cargo and mail too.

If you are waiting to receive mail from us it may take a little longer than usual. And of course, the same goes for mail that you post to us to.

Where-ever possible please email us at admin@vwdmail.com  and if you need to transfer funds, (to or from your Player e-wallet, or to pay for Syndicate entries), please use the electronic options given in your e-lottery Members back office.
