Well done to all those Affiliates who were on the web conference call on Monday night (24th May). As it’s a Bank Holiday in England and Wales on Monday 31st May there is no web conference on that evening. The next web conference will be on Monday 7th June 2010 at 7:30pm.

On last Monday’s web conference Malcolm Horsey talked about a new facility to enable Affiliates to send genealogy emails to Viral Affiliates or Members who are, or are not, playing specific games. That facility is now LIVE for you to use.

This super new communication tool is in the genealogy section of your back-office under Genealogy Search. A “how to use” movie narrated by Malcolm, will soon be available in Click2GetStarted.  Log into your back office now, and get yourself familiar with how it works, then the next time there is a roll-over you can target specific Members with emails and information.

If you didn’t already know about this brilliant new tool and have not seen Malcolm’s tutorial, then make sure you attend the Monday Night web conferences. Most importantly, anyone who is new to this business, should be strongly encouraged to attend as well, so they can hear information like this and experience the training to take advantage of it. Make it your mission to have at least one new Affiliate in the conference every week!
